Western Gas Partners, LP Announces Public Offering of 4,000,000 Common Units

HOUSTON, May 12, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE:WES) today announced a registered underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests. Western Gas Partners will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 600,000 additional common units. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to repay amounts outstanding under the partnership's $350 million revolving credit facility.
